I was merely seen as an outpatient on two occasions. On both I was directed to the correct waiting area where it was warm, comfortable and coffee and tea were available. there were newspapers and magazines to read. It was clean tidy and comfortable. The toilets were spotless. The consultation room was spotless, the couch clean and comfortable, the computer termoinal definition of my MRI was excellent. Basically both I and my wife (another doctor) were very impressed, everything appeared very efficient. I have no complaints whatsoever, I was most impressed with my consultant who listened made helpful suggestions and gave me excellent advice. I would be very pleased to see him again should it be necessary.

The Manor Hospital is everything one could expect from a private hospital. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning or good air flow in the central atrium; when the outside temperature was in the mid 30s, there was no escape for the heat except in the hospital areas.

The odd nurse was a little brusque but overall I was pleased with my stay

The Hospital is very easy to get to and has free car parking on site. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. The Nurses took ownership of my care and nothing was too much trouble in meeting my needs. My room was clean and had everything I needed during my stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to anyone.

My only reservations are: It was not clear when we needed to pay. There was some slight confusion over when my daughter should go home.
